I had this audio Bible from the iTunes store. But, it had only parts and audio chapters, so it was difficult to find Bible books and chapters. Now, that the app version is out, we can find Bible books, chapters, and verses. There is even a chronological 365 day read of the Bible. The written word also automatically follows along with the audio which is way cool. The dramatization is top notch. The voices, music score and sound effects is as good as it can get. The NKJV is not my favorite translation, but this is the best dramatized audio out there for the iPod and iPhone. I downloaded the full 4 GB version which has the full audio experience. You can opt for the 1.3 GB version. I also have the NIV dramatized Bible app which is also good. Do not get the iTunes versions. Only the app versions have Bible books and chapters and many other features. NKJV gets a 10/10 for absolutely the best dramatized audio Bible app out there. The NIV dramatized audio Bible gets a 8/10 for being the 2nd best.

With the recent updates it is now the perfect audio Bible. Congratulations Futuresoft on an app that is very well done.

I play this bible every day, I also go to my bed with it playing on my iPad. Thanks, but I would love it repeating chapters.

This is Excellent, I have listened to half of the Gospel of John and also tried samples in the Old Testament so because I love listening to the Word being read to me Im going to purchase the Whole Bible. I love Michael Yorks accent as a narrator. Thanks for this well done Audio Bible. Im glad you chose to use the NKJV which is both accurate and easy to listen to.

Great app ! I just wished it looked more appealing I guess but other than that the dramatization of the scriptures are amazing ! Its not your typical boring old man voice , I love the dynamics and variation . Great job !! However .... Since the update the app will not open , help !!

I use this App everyday, its an awesome way to study the Bible. Awesome sound, great features and easy to use. Whenever I have had any problems, I received excellent and fast customer service support. Love this App.

Some bad moments

the app might as well be paid, cant use it without buying content first.

This app was awesome for years. Now it tells me Im logged in on to many devices. Total devices logged in on =0. Until this issue is fixed Ive paid a fair amount of money on an unusable app.

After I purchased the app a while ago, I started using it immediately. The audio functioned perfectly. Unfortunately I did not downloaded the audio completely, I downloaded it chapter by chapter as I read along. So it happened two days ago after the updated version, the audio could not be downloaded anymore. I have deleted and re-installed the app several times and still could not work ie could not download the audio function. I also tried to install the app on another ipad and it could not download the audio either. Thus , the app seems does not work on the new updated version and it is still not fixed yet. Is it gonna be fixed soon?

Loved the app prior to the upgrade. Now it wont open on my phone any more... not sure if it is Apples fault of the app!

I purchased the full version on iPhone but apparently its not the same app on iPad so I have to buy it again ?! Im deleting app from iPad after I send this review

Incredible content. Make sure to download the HD audio. Could use some streamlining but Im very happy overall.
